We have developed a hydraulic test bench tailored for mechanical engineering companies that need to test their products based on a specified number of cycles or customized parameter settings.

Key Features of the Test Bench:

• Power Supply: 220V AC
• Controller: Housed in an IP67-rated metal enclosure (200 x 200 x 150 mm)
• Adjustable cycle count
• Cycle counting based on limit switches or defined working pressure
• Time tracking for completed test cycles
• Automatic cycle switching between Port A and Port B and/or between different sections
• Automatic stop of the test process once the set number of cycles is completed
• Safety shutdown if a cycle is not completed within the defined time
• Real-time display of test process parameters on screen

Supported Cycle Monitoring Options:

• Rotations measured via encoder
• Positions or movements detected by inductive sensors
• Pressure levels defined by pressure sensors
• Positions identified by limit switches
• Tilt angles
• Oil flow rate (L/min)
